designer help

According to the Notes client Help Manual:

"For procedures on how to customize a folder, see the topc "Designing folders" in the IBM lotus domino Designer Help."

But I would recommend you contact you Helpdesk/IT department because:
1. If you have a half-decent Notes developer on staff, they can probably give you what you need in a minute or two.
2. If you do not have good local support, better to find out before you try to customize, since you might not be able to get help if it doesn't work out well.
